We kindly ask you to make changes in a timely manner to allow us an opportunity to make up lost time. Cancellations/Rescheduling of less than 24 hours will be charged a minimum of 50% of the missed booked services. Cancellation fees apply to rescheduling in less than 24 hours, as either results in lost time. NO SHOWS will be expected to pay 50% of the missed booked services prior to reserving a new appointment.
Non-makeup items may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase when accompanied with receipt.
Please make arrangements for young children prior to arriving for your appointment(s). Due to health and safety and for insurance purposes, children under the age of 8 are not allowed in the salon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled service to allow for check-in and service preparation. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. The full-service price may be applied.
Color Service Reservations
A major credit card or gift card is necessary to reserve time for multi-color services, group and bridal appointments as well. Credit Card numbers are kept securely in your client file to reserve all appointments. Often appointments can be held for a client for weeks, sometimes even months in advance and should someone not show up for one of these appointments it creates a great cost to the business and stylists. Therefore we ask for a small window of advance time to re-offer the appointment(s) to someone else.
